Acquisition of Land for Development
Sarah trained at City firm DLA Piper and qualified into their Real Estate department specialising in landlord and tenant and development law. Sarah has built up years of experience dealing with virtually all aspects of Commercial Property, including Acquisitions and Sales, Commercial Leases (acting for both landl ords and tenants) and Registration of Unregistered Land and Properties. Sarah also acts for a number of land developers for both Residential and Commercial Development. The development work includes dealing with s106 Agreements, Option Agreements, Overage/Clawback Agreements, easements with utility suppliers as well as a broad range of other land and property transactions.
Sarah has a number of social housing clients located within Worcestershire and Warwickshire and advises them on a wide aspect of legal queries including Right to Buys and Right to Acquires, Disposals of Land, Lease Extensions and Granting Easements and Licences.
